No reseller activity
Retail customers are not permitted to sell or resell any of the products you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or products or services to be provided to you if we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our terms and conditions.
E commerce
Whilst we take very care to ensure that our online store is accurate and up to date, mistakes may occur from time to time, for example, a stock availability issue or pricing error. Please note that when you submit and order through the website, no agreement if formed until we process and accept your order and send you a confirmation. If there has been an error your order e.g. a stock availability issue, we may choose not to complete the order., but we will be sure to contact you to discuss your options. These options could include placing an order at the correct price, delaying your order or exchanging the item for another. If we are unable to complete your order, we will process a refund as soon as we can.
Payment
You agree to pay us the purchase price listed on the website (subject to the proviso above in the case of accidental errors and omissions). We may vary our prices from time to time. You agree and acknowledge that we may do so at any time on notice and that such notice if given by us posting the updated price on our website.
You acknowledge and agree that your payment in full is cleared funds (including any postage charges discussed below, is a condition of this agreement, any breach of which will entitle us to terminate this agreement immediately. If a request for payment is returned or denied by your financial institution or is unpaid for you by any other reason, you will be become liable for any associated costs incurred by us, including banking fees and charges. We may also immediately stop delivery of any goods unpaid, unless and until, we receive your payment in full.
We currently accept payment methods by credit card and stripe.
In making a payment you warrant to us that you have read and agreed to the terms of any third party payment gateway or process or credit provider, such as PayPal or Afterpay, which are available on their respective websites. These services are provided by third parties and are made available to you on our website for convenience only. We are not responsible for any issue, loss or damage arising out of these facilities. If you have an issue with a third party provider on our website please contact them directly.
Discounts, coupon codes and Gift Vouchers
We may offer discounts or coupon codes from time to time. Discounts and coupon codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts and coupon codes are available for the stated time or for a period of seven days from the time that the offer was first made or until stocks run out – whichever occurs first. Gift Vouchers will be valid for a period of two years from date of purchase.
Unless we specify otherwise in our offer, discounts and coupon codes are redeemable on full priced goods only. Coupon codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to revoke any discount offer or coupon code at any time without notice.
Postage and Delivery within Australia: We charge $12 for up to five kilograms of product anywhere in Australia. For orders greater than 5kg in weight please contact us for a quote for freight.
International Deliveries: We are now able to ship our products all over the world at competitive rates. Prices are based on the weight of the products you buy. The cost of freight will be displayed when you enter your address at checkout. Parcels are tracked so you can see their progress on their way to you.
Order and Despatch Process: After you have completed your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We will pack and post your order within two business days and email tracking advice to you so that you can track your order’s progress.
Delivery: Your delivery time may vary depending where you live. Our standard Australian service is 2-3 business days, with an extra 1-2 days for Rural addresses. Please bear in mind that deliveries may be delayed due to Covid oubreaks, flight delays and state border restrictions.
Postage and Delivery for International Orders: Separate rates and conditions apply for International Orders. Phone or email us for a quote. Currently due to the worldwide Covid outbreak, deliveries may be protracted due to reductions in flights and operating constraints in many countries: some countries are not currently accepting parcels. Items may also be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas Customs authorities.
