Delivery within Australia: We charge $12 for up to five kilograms of product anywhere in Australia.
Order and Despatch Process:After you have completed your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We will pack and post your order within two business days and email tracking advice to you so you can track your order’s progress.
Delivery:Your delivery time may vary depending where you live. Our standard Australian service is 2-3 business days, with an extra 1-2 days for Rural addresses. Please bear in mind that deliveries may be delayed due to Covid oubreaks, flight delays and state border restrictions.
International Orders: We are now able to ship our products all over the world at competitive rates. Prices are based on the weight of products purchased. The cost of freight will be displayed when you enter the address at checkout. products are sent by standard international post with tracking. This means you can track the progress of your parcel throughout its journey to you. Note that due to the worldwide Covid outbreak, deliveries my be protracted due to reductions in flights and operation constraints in some countries. Items may also be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas Customs authorities.
