Delivery within Australia: We charge $12 for up to five kilograms of product anywhere in Australia.
Order and Despatch Process: After you have completed your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We will pack and post your order within two business days and email tracking advice to you so you can track your order’s progress.
Delivery: Your delivery time may vary depending where you live. Our standard Australian service is 2-3 business days, with an extra 1-2 days for Rural addresses. Please bear in mind that deliveries may be delayed due to Covid oubreaks, flight delays and state border restrictions.
International Orders: Separate rates and conditions apply for International Orders. Phone or email us for a quote. Currently due to the worldwide Covid outbreak, deliveries may be protracted due to reductions in flights and operating constraints in many countries: some countries are not currently accepting parcels. Items may also be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas Customs authorities.
